Policies

All reservations must be confirmed in advance. Payment is due at the time of drop-off unless otherwise arranged. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Rates are per night for boarding and per visit for dog walking.

We are looking to expand in the near future, but currently have limited space in order to ensure each dog receives the love and attention they deserve. We recommend booking early whenever possible.

We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a one-night or one-visit fee. Holiday reservations require 72 hours notice for a full refund.

We are happy to administer oral medications and supplements at no additional charge. Please provide clear written instructions and ensure all medications are in their original labeled containers. We are not able to administer injections at this time.

In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we will seek veterinary care at the nearest available clinic. By booking with us, you authorize emergency veterinary treatment and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

For the safety of all dogs in our care, all guests must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required prior to or at the time of the first stay. Flea and tick prevention is strongly recommended.

Please bring enough food for the duration of the stay (portioned by meal if possible), any medications with instructions, your dog's favorite bed or blanket, and a familiar toy if desired. We provide food and water bowls, bedding, and lots of love — but a piece of home always helps!
